DESCRIPTION: #OrganDonationWeek is a celebration of organ and tissue donation and transplantation which saves and transforms hundreds of lives each year.  \nThe aim of Organ Donation Week is to encourage conversations across generations to get everyone talking about organ donation and to inspire new registrations to the NHS Organ Donor Register.  \nFamilies are always involved before organ donation goes ahead\, so we encourage everyone in the family\, whatever their age\, to have a conversation about organ donation\, so that if the time comes your family are certain about what you want.  \nThat conversation could be the most powerful thing you ever do to help save lives.
